Liverpool eyes return for Tyler Morton and interest in Lamine Camara

Liverpool FC is reportedly considering a return for midfielder Tyler Morton following his successful stint with Lyon. The 23-year-old, who joined the French side for £15 million after leaving Anfield in 2025, has become a central figure in Lyon's midfield, playing more minutes than any other player in the squad during their first 10 competitive matches.

Reports indicate that Liverpool is among seven Premier League clubs monitoring Morton's progress. While the club previously sanctioned his exit due to limited first-team opportunities under Arne Slot, his rapid development in Ligue 1 has placed him back on the club's radar for a potential January move or future transfer window.

In addition to the interest in Morton, Liverpool is also linked to AS Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara. The club maintains a ‘strong interest’ in the Senegal international as they look to bolster their midfield options for the 2027 season.
