Local community sports events held in Bytom and Dylewo

Various local sporting events and community activities have taken place across different regions in Poland.

In Bytom, the Orlik facility hosted sessions focused on handball and fencing as part of the ‘Summer in the City’ initiative. Participants learned basic techniques in handball with coaches from UKS MOSM Bytom and practiced fencing fundamentals, including posture and defensive moves, with representatives from BTS Bytom Szermierka. The program also included educational components regarding healthy eating and lifestyle habits.

In Dylewo, the ‘Moc, Pasja, Rodzina’ event featured a football tournament where the Oldboye 35+ team secured first place, followed by the Oldboye 50+ and an 18+ team. The event included family relays, athletics demonstrations led by medalist Joanna Banach, basketball, and dance classes such as salsa and Zumba. Local officials from the Kadzidło municipality attended to present awards to the participants.
