Local cultural and gastronomic festivals held in Serbia and Croatia

Various cultural and gastronomic festivals are being held to celebrate local traditions and heritage in Serbia and Croatia.

In Dobrinci, Serbia, the “Jesen stiže, bundevice moja” event was hosted by the Bundevica rural-tourism household. Owned by Jelena Narančić, the estate has focused on pumpkin cultivation and processing for over two decades. The event, which coincided with the estate's centenary, showcased products such as pumpkin puree, jam, and brandy. Local officials noted the importance of such events for promoting rural life and regional tourism.

In Vodnjan, Croatia, a festival dedicated to the music, dance, and gastronomy of national minorities has commenced. The program features performances from various cultural associations, including Serbian and Bosniak communities, to highlight the diverse cultural identity of the Vodnjan region. The event aims to preserve and pass down traditional customs through music, dance, and authentic culinary offerings.
