Local cultural initiatives expand in France and Vietnam

Various local initiatives are being implemented to improve cultural access and preserve heritage. In France, the Collectif Jeune Public Hauts-de-France and RamDam are hosting a workshop titled ‘Grand comme ça !’ at Les 4 Écluses. This initiative uses a toolkit developed from two years of field research to help musical and cultural spaces better include children and their families by rethinking physical spaces, circulation, and social responsibility through the lens of neuroscience and field realities.

In Vietnam, following Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW, local regions are working to integrate traditional values into modern life. In Bac Ninh province, the local library inaugurated the ‘Bac Ninh – Convergence of traditions, shaping the future’ exhibition. The event showcased over 121 documents regarding the Kinh Bac region, 114 historical works on national defense, and approximately 100 items highlighting the province's recent socio-economic, technological, and digital transformations.
