Local governments launch pet health and fashion programs

In Valle Hermoso, the municipality opened a three‑month, free training course on pet fashion. The workshop teaches pattern‑making, sewing, textile selection and accessory design, alongside business skills such as cost calculation, pricing and digital marketing, to encourage entrepreneurship in the pet‑apparel sector.
