Local sanitation and pest control services announced in Bradu and Brașov

Local authorities in Romania are implementing various public maintenance and sanitation services. In Bradu, the municipality is continuing its vegetable waste collection service through HCB Construct Investment SRL. Residents are instructed to place waste in bags of no more than 120 liters on the public domain the day before scheduled collection. The service is intended for household waste and excludes large quantities such as tree branches, vine shoots, or agricultural residues.

In Brașov, SC CORAL IMPEX SRL will conduct disinsectization and phytosanitary treatments between September 1 and September 11, 2026. These activities include combating mosquitoes and ticks, mosquito larvae control, and treating trees to prevent diseases and pests. Operations will take place at night (21:00–03:00) or during the day (06:00–14:00) depending on weather conditions. The substances used are reported to be biodegradable and non-toxic to humans and animals.
