Lockheed Martin expands Black Hawk support in Australia and Philippines

Lockheed Martin is expanding its Black Hawk helicopter support and training capabilities through new agreements in Australia and the Philippines.

In Australia, Lockheed Martin has partnered with Rosebank Engineering to enhance the sustainment network for the Australian Army’s UH-60M Black Hawk fleet. Rosebank Engineering will provide maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for flight control, mechanical, environmental, and landing gear systems. This partnership aims to increase domestic industrial capability and reduce reliance on offshore repairs through facilities in Victoria and Queensland.

In the Philippines, Lockheed Martin has signed a contract with the Department of National Defense to provide S-70i Black Hawk training devices for the Philippine Air Force. The order includes a full flight simulator and a virtual maintenance trainer designed to replicate aircraft subsystems. These tools are intended to support pilot training and maintenance readiness as the country modernizes its defense capabilities.
