Logistics expansion continues in Poland with new warehouse developments

Logistics and industrial real estate activity continues in Poland with new developments and expansions. In Łódź, construction has begun on the City Logistics Łódź V facility, a project by Panattoni providing over 42,700 square meters of space. The company Zadbano has secured approximately 9,000 square meters of this facility, including warehouse and office space, to relocate its operations by spring 2027. The new site is being customized to meet specific logistical requirements, including specialized loading docks and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Separately, Tecnia Europe has established its first operational base in Poland by leasing approximately 2,800 square meters of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki park. The company, which specializes in adhesive materials for the packaging and labeling industry, intends to use this location as a hub to serve customers across Poland and other European markets.
