Logitech G unveils Blue Yeti 2 microphone with AI features

Logitech G has unveiled the Blue Yeti 2, a new generation of its iconic USB microphone designed for streamers, podcasters, and gamers. While maintaining the classic retro aesthetic of the original series, the new model introduces several technological upgrades.

Key features include a 3D proximity sensor that tracks the user's voice position to automatically adjust gain, equalization, and pickup patterns. The device also utilizes AI-enhanced noise reduction to filter out background sounds like keyboard clicks and music. It features a three-capsule condenser system supporting multiple polar patterns, including stereo, cardioid, and omnidirectional modes.

A 1.3-inch color LCD screen on the front provides real-time feedback on volume and settings. The microphone supports 24-bit audio at a 48 kHz sampling rate and includes integrated Blue VO!CE digital signal processing. The Blue Yeti 2 is available in black or white with a retail price of 159.99 euros.
