London Hosts 2026 World Triathlon Championship Series Weekend

The World Triathlon Championship Series (WTCS) returns to London on Saturday 25 July 2026 after an 11‑year hiatus, forming part of the T100London weekend at the Excel Centre. Around 5,300 amateur athletes will compete alongside elite triathletes in a short‑course, sprint‑distance format that replaced the traditional 100 km race. The event is a key qualifier for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

British triathlete Jess Fullagar, ranked 19th in the elite women’s series, will race on home soil, joining compatriots such as Beth Potter and Georgia Taylor‑Brown. Former Olympic test‑event winner Alex Yee is also highlighted among the star‑studded field. The fast, technical course is expected to produce high‑level performances as the series moves toward its final races.
