Lorestan Police arrest 184 drug traffickers in major operation

Lorestan police have arrested 184 individuals involved in drug trafficking and retail sales during the 29th phase of the ‘Peace in the City’ operation.

According to Lorestan Police Commander Sardar Mohammadreza Hashemifar, the operation resulted in the seizure of over 110 kilograms of opium and the confiscation of 11 vehicles. The crackdown targeted a network of 25 major traffickers and 159 small-scale retailers across the province. The suspects have been handed over to judicial authorities for legal proceedings.
