Los Alcores region begins new school year with infrastructure investments

The new school year has commenced in the Los Alcores region of Spain without significant incidents. In Mairena del Alcor, the local government highlighted an investment of approximately one million euros in school facility improvements, including repairs and painting.

In the wider Andalusia region, the Ministry of Education has allocated 50 million euros for a textbook gratuity program. This measure is intended to benefit over 200,000 students in the province of Seville, specifically targeting those in the first and second years of primary education who require new materials due to wear and tear.
