At the municipal level, local authorities are focusing on facility maintenance and community integration. In Aguilar, officials at IES Vicente Núñez emphasized coordination between educational centers and the City Council to promote inclusive education. In Níjar, the City Council completed maintenance and upgrades across 19 schools and four nurseries, including plumbing, painting, and furniture optimization, to prepare for the start of the school year.
