Louis J. Crishock visits Bosnia to discuss digital election services
Acting High Representative Louis J. Crishock visited the Agency for Identification Documents, Evidence and Data Exchange (IDDEEA) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, meeting its director Almir Badnjević. The talks focused on making electronic services safer and easier for citizens and institutions, preparing the agency’s technical capacity for the upcoming election and exploring new technologies for voting.
He then concluded a two‑day trip to Banja Luka, meeting officials from state institutions, the Republika Srpska government, opposition parties, civil‑society groups and representatives of the three constituent peoples. Crishock reaffirmed the Office of the High Representative’s open dialogue, its commitment to the Dayton peace agreement, the rule of law and the digital transformation of public administration.
