Louis Partridge Considered for Next James Bond Role

Twenty‑three‑year‑old British actor Louis Partridge, best known for the Enola Holmes films, was asked at the world premiere of Enola Holmes 3 whether he ever imagined playing James Bond. He replied to Variety, “No, no. Not yet at least. But that’s something to keep in mind.”

Variety reports that Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a “fresh‑faced” British actor to succeed Daniel Craig, with Denis Villeneuve set to direct and Steven Knight writing. Partridge is listed among other candidates such as Jacob Elordi, Harris Dickinson, Aaron Taylor‑Johnson and Callum Turner. If chosen, he would be the youngest actor to take on the 007 role and could headline several future installments.

Partridge expressed surprise at the speculation, thanked the press and noted he is focused on his career path and surrounding himself with supportive people.
