Luca Mira appointed head of Crucianelli Rest Edile following investigation

Luca Mira has been appointed as the sole administrator of Crucianelli Rest Edile following the irrevocable resignation of Enrico Crucianelli. This leadership change follows the ‘Ricostruzione’ investigation, coordinated by the Ancona District Anti-Mafia Directorate, which led to the arrest of Crucianelli and seven others.

Crucianelli Rest Edile, based in Tolentino, manages approximately 90 construction sites, including public works for the local municipality. The company’s new administration, supported by lawyer Andrea Netti, stated that its immediate priorities are to protect employees, ensure stability for clients and suppliers, and maintain transparency and responsibility toward local institutions.

While the investigation has caused significant local concern, legal representatives noted that company shares have not been seized and no judicial administrator has been appointed. Workers at various sites have reported that salaries were paid as recently as October 15, though uncertainty remains regarding future operations.
