Lucas do Rio Verde advances education and infrastructure

The municipal government of Lucas do Rio Verde has launched initiatives focused on both educational inclusion and urban infrastructure.

The Secretariat of Education, in partnership with FTD Educação and the Stimulus psychomotricity academy, conducted a training session for teachers and coordinators involved in Specialized Educational Service (AEE). The program focuses on using psychomotricity to support students with neurodivergent needs, specifically addressing the increasing demand for support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The training aims to provide educators with strategies for managing emotional dysregulation and promoting global development through the connection of movement, mind, and emotion.

Separately, the Municipal Secretariat of Infrastructure and Works is conducting ongoing road maintenance across the city. These efforts include applying asphalt sludge, CBUQ, and micro-surfacing on various streets and avenues, such as Avenida das Nações and Avenida Chapada, to improve the local road network.
