Funds are earmarked for municipal and infrastructure projects, environmental upgrades, and transport, including a €74 million investment for the Tetovo Clinical Hospital and preparations for a new hospital in Kërçovë. The health sector will also receive 300 new specialists and 300 new doctors, while €5.4 million is set aside to create over 1,300 new jobs.
