Overview

The capital‑investment programme remains on schedule. Opposition Levica voted against several amendments, including those for GPS tracking of official vehicles and expanded SOS line funding. Skopje’s largest wastewater‑treatment plant is about 40 % complete, with full operation targeted for early 2028 and a subsequent two‑year testing phase. A 40 million‑denar contract with Hydrotek will deliver 30 technical wells for non‑potable water to public green spaces during summer droughts.
