MAD Video Music Awards 2026 broadcast live on Greece's Mega TV

The MAD Video Music Awards 2026 were aired on Mega TV for the seventh consecutive year, marking the 23rd anniversary of Greece's premier music ceremony. Hosted by longtime presenter Themis Georganthas alongside Chrysi Gagkou, the show took place at the Tae Kwon Do arena with a "Summer in Greece" theme.

The evening opened with a warm‑up set by Antonis Dimitriadis AD1 and Athena Manoukian, followed by performances from Akylas, Marseaux, Marina Spanou, Lila, Marina Satti, Kateryna Loliou, Elena Paparizou and Eleni Foureira. Notable collaborations included Ria Ellinidou with Angel Dimitriou and APON with legendary Mariό. Eurovision 2026 winner DARA performed, and the finale featured Theodoros Ferre and Eleni Foureira. Special recognitions were given to Dimitris Kontopoulos for his contributions to Greek discography, a double honorary plaque to a Bulgarian singer presented by George Arsenakos, and a tribute to Antonis Remos for his 30‑year career.
