Madhya Pradesh government reshuffles senior IPS officers across key zones

The Madhya Pradesh Home Department issued an order transferring nine senior Indian Police Service officers to new postings on a temporary basis. Senior officers were reassigned at the Inspector General and Superintendent levels, with IG Harinarayan Chari Mishra moving to IG (Administration) at the police headquarters in Bhopal and IG Ruchivardhan Mishra taking charge of the Bhopal (Rural) Zone. New zone IGs were appointed for Narmadapuram, Sagar and other regions. At the Deputy IG level, Simala Prasad was transferred to DIG, Khargone Range. Several SPs also changed assignments, including Yashpal Singh Rajput becoming SP (Rail), Indore and Priyanka Shukla taking over as SP, Shajapur. Additional responsibilities were given to officers such as Special DG Adarsh Katiyar, who now also oversees telecom, and IG Anurag, who now commands the Armed Police Force and RAPTC in Indore. As a result, Arvind Tiwari was relieved of his extra charge as SP (Rail), Indore.
