Madhya Pradesh reshuffles 32 IAS officers in new posting orders

The Madhya Pradesh government has issued new posting orders for 32 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The reshuffle, announced by the General Administration Department, includes changes to several District Panchayat Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Municipal Commissioners, and Additional Collectors.

Key appointments include Abhishek Chaudhary, who moves from District Panchayat Dhar to become the Municipal Commissioner of Gwalior, and Sangha Priya, who transitions from Gwalior to become the CEO of District Panchayat Singrauli. Dr. Nagarjun B. Gowda has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Satna, with additional responsibility as the CEO of Satna Smart City.

Other significant transfers involve officers moving to deputy secretary roles within the state ministry, including Sanjana Jain to the Water Resources Department and Jyoti Sharma to the state government secretariat. The reshuffle also affects administrative roles in districts such as Rewa, Sagar, Dewas, and Jabalpur.
