Madrid allocates 700,000 euros for women in prostitution support center

The Community of Madrid has approved an investment of approximately 700,000 euros to establish a comprehensive care center for adult women in prostitution. The program, scheduled to run from January 1 to December 31, 2027, aims to provide tools for social integration and labor market entry.

The center will offer a range of services, including social support, legal counseling, psychological assistance, and reception services. To address specific needs, the facility will include socio-sanitary and intercultural mediation services to assist women facing communication or cultural barriers. The initiative is managed by the Directorate General for Women under the Ministry of Family, Youth, and Social Affairs.
