Mahindra & Mahindra reports 37% rise in June 2026 vehicle sales

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) announced total vehicle sales of 1,06,207 units for June 2026, marking a 37% increase compared with the same month a year earlier. Domestic sales of SUVs reached 60,393 units, up 28% year‑on‑year, driven by strong demand for models such as Scorpio, Thar and XUV700.

The company also recorded growth across its commercial‑vehicle portfolio: light commercial vehicles (LCV) sold 26,076 units, a 35% rise; three‑wheelers posted 13,820 units, up 63%; and tractor sales climbed 12% to 59,935 units overall. Export activity accelerated sharply, with 5,918 vehicles shipped in June—a 125% jump—bringing cumulative exports for the period to 15,888 units, a 64% increase.

M&M’s automotive division CEO Nalinikant Gollagunta highlighted the continued strength of the SUV segment and the effectiveness of the company’s marketing and product mix in sustaining growth across both domestic and overseas markets.
