Majarabique logistics area in Sevilla puts first plots up for sale

The Agencia Pública de Puertos de Andalucía has launched the sale of the first seven plots in the Majarabique logistics area, located between Sevilla and La Rinconada. The total area for these initial plots is 301,852 square meters, with a starting price of at least 37 million euros.

The plots range in size from 13,556 to 129,383 square meters. The base price is set at 125 euros per square meter, though this may be reduced to 118 euros for acquisitions exceeding 50,000 square meters.

Selection criteria for companies will not rely solely on price. The bidding process will weight the economic offer at 60%, project quality at 15%, planned investment volume at 15%, and the use of rail transport at 10%. The goal is for business projects to begin operations between 2028 and 2029, following the completion of the first urbanization phase.
