Makowiska road modernization completed with 1.8 million PLN investment

A section of county road No. 1900R, connecting Nowy Żmigród, Makowiska, and Sulistrowa, has been modernized. The project covered approximately 309 meters of roadway.

The upgrades include a new surface, a widened roadway, improved drainage through a new storm sewer system, and the construction of a one-sided pedestrian path. The improvements are located near key local landmarks, including a school, a church, and a community center. Additionally, intersections with municipal roads and access points to individual properties were reconstructed.

The project cost 1,807,065 PLN and was executed by Ligęzka sp. z o. o. The investment was a collaborative effort between Jasło County and the Nowy Żmigród municipality, with funding provided by the Government Fund ‘Polish Deal: Strategic Investment Program’ (VI edition) for municipalities that previously hosted State Agricultural Farms.
