Mallorca police find two missing German children after six-hour search
Two German children, aged 7 and 14, were found safe after being missing for nearly six hours in the s’Albufera Natural Park in northern Mallorca.
The incident began during a family bicycle tour when the group experienced a flat tire. The father left the children at the site to seek assistance, but he subsequently lost his orientation and was unable to find his way back.
Following a report to the local police in Alcúdia, a large-scale search operation was launched involving the local police, the Guardia Civil, civil protection, and environmental authorities. After several hours, the siblings were located unharmed on a path near a road between Alcúdia and Palma, having already left the protected area.
