Malvinas War veterans donate commemorative flag to Túnel Subfluvial

Members of the Malvinas War Veterans Association Fuerza Aérea Sur Bautismo de Fuego visited the Túnel Subfluvial to donate a flag honoring the 649 Argentine soldiers who died during the South Atlantic conflict.

During the visit, veterans including non-commissioned officers Juan Lizarraga, Jorge Montenegro, and Antonio Vottero shared personal testimonies and experiences with the Tunnel's Administrative Commission. Mario Raúl Bugliolo, a relative of a fallen soldier and the creator of the flag, also participated in the event.

The donated flag will be incorporated into the historical and cultural heritage of the Túnel Subfluvial. Authorities expressed their commitment to preserving the memory of the fallen and transmitting the values of national sovereignty and identity to future generations.
