Manaus launches youth training programs Educa Manauara and Samuzinho with open applications

Manauara Shopping in Manaus has opened applications for the second edition of Educa Manauara, a free training program for young people aged 18‑25 who want jobs in retail. Registrations close on 10 July 2026 and the course, covering sales, customer service, marketing and soft skills, will run at the end of July. Participants will receive a digital‑platform curriculum and, upon completion, their résumés will be added to a talent pool shared with local retailers.

The municipal government of Manaus is also accepting applications for the Samuzinho Manaus project, an extension‑scholarship scheme run by the Escola de Saúde Pública. The selection, which ends on 10 July, targets university students in medicine, nursing and pedagogy (from the third semester onward) as well as SAMU professionals. Successful candidates will receive monthly stipends of R$ 1,160 (doctors and nurses) or R$ 1,100 (students and technical nurses) for up to 12 months to carry out health‑education activities in city schools.
