Manaus opens tax auditor competition with R$ 27,000 salary

The Municipal Finance Secretariat (Semef) in Manaus has opened applications for a new tax auditor competition. The selection process, organized by the Fundação Carlos Chagas (FCC), offers 20 immediate vacancies plus a reserve list for the role of Municipal Tax Auditor.

The position requires a higher education degree and offers an initial salary of R$ 27,270.61. Responsibilities for the role include tax credit assessment, auditing companies, judging administrative processes, and conducting fiscal intelligence investigations to combat tax evasion.
