Manchester United sends youth prospects Moorhouse and Obi on loan

Manchester United is sending two highly-rated youth players on loan to gain first-team experience.

Attacking midfielder Jack Moorhouse is set to join Scottish Premiership side Dundee FC on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old Irish youth international previously spent time on loan at Leyton Orient. Moorhouse had attracted interest from several English clubs, including Everton and Wigan Athletic, before securing the move to Scotland.

Additionally, 18-year-old striker Chido Obi has agreed to terms for a season-long loan with Dutch side Willem II. Obi, a former Arsenal academy standout, has been utilized primarily in United’s Under-21s and FA Youth Cup squads. While the English transfer window has closed, the move can proceed through the Dutch market.
