Manchester United targets Felix Nmecha from Borussia Dortmund

Manchester United has reportedly initiated contact with Borussia Dortmund regarding a potential transfer for German midfielder Felix Nmecha. The 25-year-old is being targeted as a major addition for the upcoming January transfer window.

While Dortmund views Nmecha as an indispensable pillar of their midfield with a contract running until 2030, reports suggest the club may consider offers starting at approximately €100 million (£85–86 million). Manchester United is described as the most persistent interested party, though they face competition from Manchester City and Newcastle United.

Nmecha, a former Manchester City academy graduate, has seen his profile rise following strong performances for both Dortmund and the German national team. Despite having recently revamped their midfield, Manchester United is laying the groundwork to secure the player in the winter window.
