Mandya beggar's death reveals contents of long-locked room

A woman known locally as Noorunnisa, who had been begging for approximately 40 years in Mandya, Karnataka, has passed away. She was a well-known figure at local intersections and near a mosque on Fridays.

Following her death, which was discovered after she failed to appear at her usual locations for two days, relatives and authorities entered her rented home. For years, Noorunnisa had kept one specific room in her house strictly locked, refusing to allow family members to enter.

Upon opening the room during the cleaning of the house, residents and family members were reportedly shocked by the contents found inside, though the specific nature of the items was not detailed in the initial reports.
