Manisa's Alaşehir neighborhoods receive new cold‑asphalt road links

Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyesi completed roughly three kilometres of cold‑asphalt paving that connects the Belenyaka, Narlıdere and Bahadır neighbourhoods in Alaşehir. The project, carried out by the municipality’s Road Construction Department with three asphalt mixers, excavators, water tankers and a vertical‑shaft machine, replaces deteriorated roads that have hindered residents and farmers for years.

Alaşehir Mayor Ahmet Öküzcüoğlu said the 2,800‑metre section now offers safe, comfortable travel, and thanked Manisa Mayor Besim Dutlulu for his support. The work is part of a wider programme of road maintenance, repair and renewal being carried out in 17 districts across the province.
