Manisa mayor advances rapid asphalt works in Muradiye and Karaali districts

The Manisa Metropolitan Municipality continued road‑building and maintenance projects across the city, focusing on the Muradiye and Karaali neighborhoods of the Yunusemre district. After completing underground infrastructure, municipal crews laid about two kilometres of cold asphalt and repaired the damaged road surfaces.

Mayor Besim Dutlulu said the infrastructure and surface‑work phases were being carried out simultaneously and on schedule, aiming to provide residents with safer, more comfortable travel and to minimise disruption to daily life. The works are part of a broader city‑wide program to strengthen transport infrastructure and quickly restore roads where upgrades have caused temporary damage.
