Mara Chairman orders SOP review after two students found missing

Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki, Chairman of Mara, has ordered a review of the standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding transporting students to clinics. This directive follows the disappearance of two 16-year-old students from MRSM Alor Gajah, who were missing for four days after seeking medical treatment at a local clinic.

The two students were located by police at Central Market, Kuala Lumpur, at approximately 10:30 PM. Following their discovery, they underwent medical examinations at Hospital Kuala Lumpur before being reunited with their families.

Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Fadil Marsus stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the disappearance. Asyraf Wajdi emphasized that a full investigation must be conducted to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
