She emphasized that a democratic transition will require massive international investment to modernize critical sectors, including health, electricity, oil, gas, infrastructure, education, technology, and transport. Machado highlighted Venezuela's potential to become a central energy and commercial hub for the Western Hemisphere, offering significant opportunities for European companies.

Machado also reiterated her intention to return to Venezuela ‘very soon’ to support the transition process. She stressed that the ultimate step toward stability is the holding of free and transparent elections. She further noted that the recent capture of Nicolás Maduro by U.S. forces has contributed to a positive shift in the country's trajectory.

In a separate context, opposition figure Edmundo González expressed caution regarding recent oil agreements, warning that revenues might only benefit a select few rather than the broader population.
