Multiple accidental deaths reported in various regions

Several tragic accidents involving drowning or falls have been reported across different regions.

In Maracaibo, Venezuela, a child was found dead inside a water storage tank in the El Gaitero neighborhood after accidentally falling in while playing in a residential patio. Authorities and the Cicpc are investigating the domestic accident.

In Colombia, a 19-year-old man from El Carmen de Viboral was found dead in the Claro Cocorná Sur river in Puerto Triunfo after being swept away by the current. In Mexico, a 22-year-old man was found at the bottom of a well in the Tének mountain region, with authorities investigating the possibility of an accidental fall.

Other incidents include a 20-year-old man found in a river in Tlatlauquitepec, Mexico, and a four-year-old boy located near the Fonseca River in the Ngäbe-Buglé region of Panama. Additionally, in Zapallar, Chile, a 35-year-old man died after being swept away by a wave while fishing.
