Maracaibo Fitness festival to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The Maracaibo Fitness festival will hold a special edition at Vereda del Lago park on Friday, October 30, to conclude Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event aims to promote awareness regarding the prevention and early detection of breast cancer.

Organized by the Maracaibo Mayor's Office in coordination with the Municipal Institute of Sport and Recreation (IMDEPREC) and the Directorate of Social Development, the festival is free and open to the public. The program expects over 1,000 participants and will feature 30 certified instructors leading activities such as bailotherapy, functional training, Fit Combat, and cardio fit.

In addition to physical exercise, the initiative will provide health and security personnel, as well as hydration stations supported by commercial allies, to promote integral well-being and healthy lifestyles within the community.
