Maracaibo police arrest woman following viral store altercation

Deliz Hernández Pérez has been arrested in Maracaibo, Venezuela, following a viral video showing her engaging in verbal aggression and property damage at a Traki commercial establishment. In the footage, which circulated widely on social media, Hernández Pérez was seen insulting others, making threats, and throwing merchandise onto the floor while repeatedly claiming, “Tú no sabes quién soy yo” (You don't know who I am).

Officers from the Criminal Investigation Service (SIP) of the Maracaibo Municipal Police (Polimaracaibo) identified and apprehended the woman within the municipality. Authorities stated she is involved in acts of aggression, disturbance of public order, and the use of improper language. Following her arrest, she was placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry to determine the corresponding criminal responsibilities.
