Marbella villa named Spain's most expensive property at 70 million euros
A recent study by the real estate portal Idealista has identified Villa Bellagio in Marbella as the most expensive property in Spain, priced at 70 million euros. Located in the exclusive Sierra Blanca area within the Golden Mile, the estate sits on a 14,000-square-meter plot with over 5,000 square meters of construction. The villa features 13 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and luxury amenities including a gym, bowling alley, bar, cinema room, sauna, and multiple swimming pools.
The Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands represent the majority of Spain's ten most expensive properties. Following the Marbella villa, the second most expensive residence is a luxury villa in Pollença, Mallorca, valued at 46 million euros. The third most expensive is Villa Solitaire in Palma, designed by architect Matteo Thun, which is listed at 39.5 million euros.
