Marche region hosts various cultural and performing arts festivals

Various cultural events and festivals are taking place across the Marche region of Italy.

In Ripatransone, the fifth edition of RipaMagic, a magic and illusionism festival, concluded with high attendance. The event featured various performers, including Andrea Sestieri and Mago Pierre, and included a Magic Laboratory for children and a Museum of Matemagics.

The Rossini Opera Festival recently held celebrations at the Hotel Excelsior in Pesaro following a successful performance of ‘L’occasione fa il ladro’.

The Belcanto ritrovato festival, which focuses on rediscovering 19th-century Italian composers, is expanding its reach. This year, the festival will take place between August 19 and 29, with Fano serving as a primary hub. The program includes a performance of Carlo Coccia’s ‘La donna selvaggia’ at the Corte Malatestiana.

In San Benedetto del Tronto, the debut of ‘Teatro della Stoppia’ is scheduled for August 17 to 19. Located in the Contrada Fosso dei Galli area, this outdoor event features yoga, music, and literature in an environmentally themed setting using straw and wooden pallets.
