Juve Stabia faces board dissolution and 153M euro tax credit seizure

Juve Stabia is facing a severe crisis following a series of judicial and sporting developments. The Guardia di Finanza has seized approximately 153 million euros in tax credits from two construction companies linked to Alfredo Guerri, the former owner of the club. The investigation alleges the illicit use of Superbonus 110% incentives, involving 64 construction sites where works were reportedly non-existent or only partially completed.

In response to these legal issues, the judicial administrator of Domus Srl, the club's owner, has dissolved the entire Board of Directors to ensure management autonomy. Alfonso Morrone has been proposed as the new president, with Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara joining the new board.

On the sporting front, the Federal National Tribunal has penalized Juve Stabia with two additional points in the league standings. This penalty stems from the club's failure to provide necessary documentation regarding honorability and financial stability during the ownership transfer to Stabia Capital Srl. These sanctions bring the club's total penalties to four points, leaving them at the bottom of the standings.
