Oktoberfest celebrations launch across various Brazilian regions

Various Oktoberfest celebrations are scheduled across Brazil, with organizers implementing specific preparations for different regional events.

In Blumenau, organizers for the 41st Oktoberfest are preparing for potential heavy rainfall caused by the El Niño phenomenon. To mitigate weather impacts, the event structure includes an additional 5,000 square meters of covered area. The festival will feature eight official parades, including themed floats designed with special lighting and effects to celebrate German immigrant traditions.

In Marechal Cândido Rondon, the 36th Oktoberfest begins with a free opening ceremony featuring traditional contests such as the selection of the Oktoberfest Queen and beer-drinking challenges. The event includes typical German gastronomy and musical performances.

Additionally, the Caxias Oktoberfest in Duque de Caxias offers free entry and features musical performances by artists such as Matuê. The event combines German cultural elements, such as traditional dances, with local gastronomy and family entertainment areas.
