Mariana Ochoa wins La Casa de los Famosos México

Mariana Ochoa, singer and member of OV7, has been crowned the winner of the fourth season of ‘La Casa de los Famosos México’. After 71 days of competition, she secured the victory with over 10 million votes, winning a prize of 4 million pesos.

Ochoa announced that she will use a portion of her winnings to support IPPLIAP, an institution she has collaborated with for 20 years that assists children with hearing disabilities by providing expensive hearing aids. Additionally, she plans to invest in her independent musical career to finish recording her album and intends to use funds to provide a home with a garden for her children and pets.

Following her win, Ochoa has addressed various personal and professional matters. She clarified that she does not consider former housemate Memo Schutz a friend, only a colleague, and responded to comments regarding her departure from OV7. On a personal note, her recent appearance with ex-partner Mauricio Vaca Tavera has sparked reconciliation rumors following a public embrace and kiss.

The season finale also drew controversy, including allegations from actresses Cynthia Klitbo and Arantza Ruiz regarding comments made by fourth-place finisher ‘Ese Pérez’, as well as social media disputes between former contestants Poncho de Nigris and Nicola Porcela regarding voting integrity.
