The events gathered militants and residents from multiple circuit areas, emphasizing unity, hope and the Frente Cívico’s development agenda.

A parallel series of large gatherings supported Llamil Abdala’s bid for mayor of La Banda, also featuring Zamora and Suárez alongside other local leaders. Both candidates are promoted as the Frente Cívico’s choice to retain control of the province’s two main municipalities.

Analysts note that about 600,000 voters will decide the mayoral and council races on 2 August, with the opposition fragmented among several candidates from other parties. The Frente Cívico seeks to maintain its dominance in 27 of the province’s 28 municipalities.
