Polish security and defense agencies launch major recruitment drives

Various Polish security and defense institutions are conducting large-scale recruitment drives to fill vacancies across multiple specializations.

The Internal Security Agency (ABW) is seeking candidates for its headquarters and regional branches, offering roles in counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and analysis. Notably, the agency is recruiting highly specialized IT professionals, including AI programmers, blockchain analysts, and forensic IT specialists, with some technical roles offering significant bonuses.

The Maritime Border Guard (MOSG) aims to recruit 120 additional officers by the end of the year to meet its annual targets. To facilitate recruitment, the agency has simplified procedures by removing the mandatory foreign language exam. New officers can expect starting salaries exceeding 6,000 PLN net, plus housing allowances of up to 1,500 PLN.

The Polish military is also expanding opportunities for civilians to enter service at the non-commissioned officer level. The Ministry of National Defense plans to increase capacity in several non-commissioned officer schools, with a focus on fields such as cryptology, cybersecurity, and unmanned systems.

Additionally, the Police continue to recruit for various positions, including roles in Zgorzelec, offering competitive net salaries and housing benefits to attract new personnel.
