Marmaris Seafood Festival concludes in Selimiye

The 2nd Marmaris Seafood Festival has concluded in Selimiye, bringing together Aegean cuisine, Mediterranean culture, and local traditions over a three-day event. Organized by the Marmaris Municipality with support from local businesses and residents, the festival featured culinary workshops, chef meetings, and live cooking demonstrations.

Guest chefs from Turkey, Germany, Croatia, and Rhodes participated, offering unique interpretations of local seafood and regional products. Beyond gastronomy, the event included music, dance performances, yoga, and SUP board demonstrations. A social initiative titled ‘adopt, don’t buy’ was also held, facilitating the adoption of dogs from the Marmaris Animal Care and Rehabilitation Center.
