Marmaris to host 2nd Seafood Festival in Selimiye

The 2nd Marmaris Seafood Festival is scheduled to take place from October 2 to 4, 2026, centered in Selimiye. The three-day event aims to showcase the rich gastronomic heritage of the Aegean and Mediterranean regions through local flavors and diverse activities.

The festival begins on Friday, October 2, with a parade, concerts, dance performances, and an exhibition of old Marmaris photographs. Throughout the event, visitors can participate in chef demonstrations, gastronomy workshops, and tasting sessions, while local producers will sell regional products and gifts at various stands.

On Saturday, October 3, the program includes a street fashion show by Simay Öztürk inspired by the sea in Selimiye, alongside a local products market in Taşlıca. The final day, Sunday, October 4, focuses on nature and sea activities, featuring yoga sessions in Sığliman and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experiences.
