Mars Snacking reports 12 billion euro sales in Spain

The snack food market in Spain generates 12 billion euros in sales, with a projected growth rate of 3% over the next five years. Mars Incorporated, a family-owned multinational, remains a major player in the sector through its diverse portfolio of confectionery, gum, and pet care brands.

Following its alliance with Kellanova, the owner of Kellogg's, Mars has expanded its workforce to approximately 170,000 employees globally. In Europe, the company employs over 25,000 people across 24 factories. The company's product range includes well-known brands such as Snickers, M&M's, and Pedigree, as well as newer healthy snack options like Be-Kind.
